PalmPay is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Customer Service team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer service data, identifying trends, and helping us improve our overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a customer service or related role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
