Bridge Talent is looking for a passionate and experienced E-learning Instructor (Physics) to join our team. As part of our mission to deliver exceptional online education, you will play a key role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for students in physics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality physics lessons for e-learning platforms, ensuring clarity and interactivity.
• Design engaging instructional materials, including videos, quizzes, and supplementary resources.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and technical teams to enhance course quality and functionality.
• Stay updated on current educational technologies and trends to continuously improve course offerings.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or e-learning instruction.
• Strong knowledge of physics and the ability to simplify complex concepts effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using e-learning tools and platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
