Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State
Salary: ₦70,000 monthly

We are seeking a dedicated Female Customer Service Representative to join our catering company. This role involves managing order accuracy, customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and package customer orders for timely delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status and delivery.
• Maintain organized records of orders and assist with general office tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and managing orders.
• Must have completed NYSC.
