Field Verification Officer
Job Description
PalmPay is seeking a Field Verification Officer who will be responsible for conducting on-site verification of merchants and loan applicants, confirming business locations, and ensuring accuracy of information provided during the loan application process.
Location: Ondo
Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical visits to verify merchant and customer locations
- Confirm authenticity of business operations and provided information
- Document findings and submit accurate verification reports
- Support loan processing by ensuring verification timelines are met
- Escalate discrepancies or suspicious findings
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
- Must reside in Ore, Ondo State
- 0-2 years experience in field verification, recovery or direct sales.
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to follow instructions and submit accurate reports
