A US-based Fintech is looking to hire a Strategy & Operations Associate with experience working in strategy, operations, consulting, project management, business analysis, fintech, technology, or a startup environment.
They are looking to hire a Strategy & Operations Associate to support execution across strategic projects, consumer products, licensing and certifications, market intelligence, and cross-functional operations. This role is focused on turning business activity into structured execution, clear reporting, and consistent follow-through. You will work across teams to track priorities, identify risks early, follow up on commitments, analyze business performance, and ensure important actions do not fall through the cracks. This is not an administrative role. They are looking for someone analytical, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable driving accountability across teams.
