Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to develop and execute long-term financial strategies
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Deliver detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting for key business initiatives
• Evaluate investments, capital expenditures, and resource allocation to maximize profitability
• Drive implementation of financial best practices and continuous process improvements
• Design and monitor performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve business outcomes
• Act as a liaison between finance and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration
• Identify financial risks and work with risk and compliance teams to mitigate exposure

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Science, or Engineering
• Master’s Degree or professional certification (ACA, CFA, or equivalent) is required
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in finance, MIS, budgeting, or forecasting roles
• Strong experience in Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and financial analytics tools
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
