Utiva Nigeria is seeking a results-driven Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition initiatives and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven ability to meet targets, manage sales pipelines, and build strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and improving overall sales performance.

Salary: ₦200,000 Net + Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
- Manage and optimize the B2C sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
- Prepare sales reports and provide data-driven insights to support growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in target-driven sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in closing deals and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- Previous sales experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech is required.
