Amoga Marketing is looking for a talented Growth Marketing Specialist to develop and implement digital strategies that drive growth and engagement. This fully remote role is perfect for a motivated marketer with a strong track record in running effective campaigns across social media and other digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple social media platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop and implement growth-focused digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Utilize email marketing tools to create, send, and track campaigns that engage target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve and refine future strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing successful social media ad campaigns with verifiable results.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and growth hacking techniques.
• Proficient with analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
