Salary: ₦31M–₦49M per annum

A leading financial services firm is looking for an experienced Head of Client Services to manage high-net-worth client relationships, drive user acquisition, and oversee financial advisory operations. The role requires a strong background in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain high-net-worth clients.
• Provide expert financial advisory services, including investment and portfolio management.
• Lead a team of client service professionals to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Collaborate with investment teams to align client portfolios with financial goals.
• Monitor market trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong understanding of equity, fixed-income, and investment markets.
• Sales-driven mindset with expertise in financial advisory services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging high-value clients.
• Demonstrated success in executing user acquisition strategies.
