Job Description

Strategic Outsourcing Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead marketing operations within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have strong business development expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing strategic client relationships. Candidates with brokerage experience and deep industry knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Lead business development initiatives and identify new revenue opportunities within the insurance sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and performance targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Marketing within the Insurance Industry.
  • Brokerage experience is required.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • CIIN certification is required.
