Human Resources Officer

Job Description

Chemiron International Limited (now operating as Chemiron Care Ltd) is seeking a Human Resources Officer with good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and disciplinary procedures.

Required Qualifications: OND – BSC/HND
Location: Ogun, Nigeria
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR role.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• MUST be resident in Agbara or its immediate environs
