Job Description

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out field surveys, producing reliable survey data, and supporting project teams with accurate site information for planning and execution.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate survey drawings, maps, and reports
• Establish and verify reference points, benchmarks, and control points for construction projects
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to support site implementation
• Provide technical support to engineers, architects, and project managers during project execution
• Monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with approved survey data
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all surveying activities

Requirements & Qualifications Instruction

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying & Geoinformatics or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate surveying
• Proficiency in surveying and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools
• Strong understanding of land laws, surveying standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to operate and manage modern surveying instruments effectively
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
• Professional certification or registration with a relevant surveying body is an added advantage
