Job Description
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out field surveys, producing reliable survey data, and supporting project teams with accurate site information for planning and execution.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate survey drawings, maps, and reports
- Establish and verify reference points, benchmarks, and control points for construction projects
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to support site implementation
- Provide technical support to engineers, architects, and project managers during project execution
- Monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with approved survey data
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all surveying activities
Requirements & Qualifications Instruction
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying & Geoinformatics or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate surveying
- Proficiency in surveying and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools
- Strong understanding of land laws, surveying standards, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to operate and manage modern surveying instruments effectively
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
- Professional certification or registration with a relevant surveying body is an added advantage
