Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, supervise, and control daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop production team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to maximize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth production planning and execution.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and engineering standards throughout production operations.
Job Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or General Sciences.
- 5–7 years of relevant hands-on experience in FMCG production operations and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of bottling operations, including planning, manufacturing, quality, engineering, environment, and health and safety.
- Experience in budgeting, operational planning, and people management.
- Good understanding of the financial impact of operational decisions.
- Ability to recruit, assess, coach, and manage first-line managers effectively.
