Job Description
Location: Port Harcourt
Salary: 120,000 NGN per month
A proactive Manager (Customer Engagement & Sales Officer) is needed to drive customer satisfaction and boost sales in our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and sales, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure an exceptional service experience.
- Monitor customer feedback, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and meet sales targets.
