Nine Stars Agricultural Company Limited is hiring a Marketing Manager (Land Acquisition Manager) to oversee land sourcing and acquisition while driving marketing initiatives to support real estate sales. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in land verification, stakeholder engagement, and sales strategy execution within the real estate sector.
Location: Ogere-Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N250,000 – N500,000 monthly (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire suitable land for development in alignment with company objectives
- Conduct due diligence and verify land documentation (C of O, Gazette, Excision, Survey Plan, etc.)
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote land and property sales
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and community stakeholders
- Liaise with government agencies and land registries for approvals and documentation
- Negotiate land purchase agreements and successfully close deals
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate marketing and land acquisition
- Strong knowledge of land documentation and verification processes
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills
- Ability to meet targets and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, especially in land verification processes
