Job Description

EHA Clinics is seeking a Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the REACH program in delivering accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare services to communities. The role is responsible for coordinating daily clinic operations, supervising support staff, promoting quality assurance, and supporting effective patient care delivery.

Salary: ₦490,000 Monthly Gross

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement medical policies and procedures while monitoring compliance and adherence.
  • Review medical KPIs and OKRs regularly to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Coordinate and assign duties to clinical team members while ensuring adequate staffing and productivity.
  • Supervise clinical and support staff, including evaluating performance and conducting performance reviews.
  • Oversee patient care delivery and support the onboarding of new staff.
  • Conduct face-to-face medical consultations and provide remote clinical support when required.
  • Assess healthcare needs and contribute to the development of new and existing medical services.
  • Evaluate the quality, appropriateness, and documentation of medical care provided to patients.
  • Organise periodic meetings with clinical team members and communicate relevant data and information to management.
  • Address patient and team complaints professionally, diplomatically, and promptly.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve clinic performance.
  • Coordinate healthcare delivery with other members of the health team.
  • Provide clinical input into new business development opportunities.
  • Support research projects by providing relevant clinical advice and expertise.

Requirements

  • A degree in Medicine such as MBBS, MBChB, MD, or DO from a recognised university, in line with the requirements of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Completion of compulsory medical internship.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC professional experience.
  • Current registration and valid practising licence with the MDCN.
  • Completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) training.
  • Strong clinical, administrative, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate clinical teams and maintain high standards of patient care and quality assurance.
