Procurement Officer

Type: Full-time, Onsite

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Procurement Officer to join our team at Tropic Galleria. This role involves overseeing the procurement process, ensuring that goods and services are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively, and contributing to the optimization of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance, including cost savings and supplier performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain logistics and procurement regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
