Production Officer (FMCG) – Ascentech Services Limited

A reputable FMCG company, Ascentech Services Limited, is currently hiring a skilled and experienced Production Officer to support its manufacturing operations in Lagos. This role requires someone with a solid understanding of FMCG production processes, quality control, and compliance with international audit standards such as BRC and Organic Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work with the Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to uphold product standards and ensure machinery is safe and functional.
• Supervise production staff, providing training on safety, hygiene, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production documentation and support audit readiness for BRC and Organic certifications.

Requirements:

• A minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in an FMCG production environment.
• Must have direct experience with BRC and Organic Certification audits.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
