We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support the planning and execution of our programs aimed at improving health outcomes in underserved communities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring health-related programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders, including community partners, healthcare providers, and beneficiaries.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, budgets, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to ensure programs run smoothly, including scheduling meetings and managing logistics.
- Contribute to program evaluation by collecting and analyzing data to measure impact.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Sciences, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A demonstrated passion for health equity and community service is a plus.
- Access to a functional laptop for daily work activities.
