Dwellion Design is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and engineering projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects in compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership, technical, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures while preparing regular cost performance reports.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, contract specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee site teams to maintain productivity, workplace safety, and project quality.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide management with regular updates on project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, structural drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant project management and engineering software is an advantage.
