St. Dominic Catholic Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring both clinical expertise and leadership skills to support high-quality patient care and the effective management of nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in line with medical and ethical standards.
- Assist in supervising and coordinating nursing staff to ensure efficient workflows.
- Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
- Support training and professional development for nursing team members.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring adherence to Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 4–6 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
