Job Description

This role is responsible for driving revenue-focused marketing strategies across the Supply Chain business unit. The Revenue Marketing Manager, Supply Chain will lead demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM/ABX), and field marketing programs designed to increase engagement, accelerate pipeline creation, and improve conversion across targeted accounts. The role requires strong collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams to ensure marketing efforts directly influence revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM/ABX) programs targeting high-value ICP accounts
  • Develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, content, email, events, and outbound support
  • Own pipeline creation targets and optimize funnel performance from engagement to opportunity conversion
  • Plan and manage field marketing initiatives, including events and localized account-based activations
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, account engagement, and pipeline contribution
  • Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to align account targeting, engagement strategy, and meeting conversion goals
  • Manage marketing budgets across campaigns, events, and paid channels with a focus on ROI
  • Collaborate with Product and Content teams to translate messaging into effective campaign execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ABM, or revenue marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, pipeline creation, and revenue attribution
  • Experience with ABM tools such as Demandbase, 6sense, or N.Rich
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforc
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, results-driven environments
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or ERP-related industries is an advantage
