Job Description

Utiva Nigeria is seeking an experienced Senior Growth Manager – B2B to lead business growth initiatives, drive enterprise sales, and develop strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market reach, generating revenue, and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

Salary: N650,000 Net Monthly + Commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and acquire high-value enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive strategic partnerships that support business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Generate qualified leads and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex business deals.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and new revenue streams.
  • Monitor sales performance and use data-driven insights to optimize growth strategies.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to support sales team performance.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in enterprise client acquisition and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and improve outcomes.
  • Previous experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech sales is required.
