Utiva Nigeria is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Growth Manager – B2C to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding targets, building strategic customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business expansion and sustainable growth.

Salary: N250,000 Net Monthly + Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2C growth strategies that support business expansion and revenue generation.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention campaigns to increase market share and customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify new revenue streams, customer segments, and market opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage sales pipelines, generate qualified leads, and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth objectives are achieved.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to support long-term business success.
Requirements
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
- HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in target-driven sales roles.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-focused environment.
- Previous sales experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech industries is required.
