Job Description

Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact products. This role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, shaping product strategy, and collaborating across teams to build scalable, user-focused solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and drive product outcomes aligned with company OKRs and key performance metrics
• Develop and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term delivery and long-term strategy
• Conduct customer discovery, analyze product data, and run experiments to validate ideas
• Break down complex problems into actionable plans, trade-offs, and clear recommendations
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Monitor product performance through data analysis, queries, and early signal tracking
• Create and manage product documentation including PRDs, GTM plans, and user stories
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on product direction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in technology companies, including 5+ years in product management
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and translate complex challenges into opportunities
• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, funnel analysis, and SQL (preferred)
• Technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data flows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
