Total Health Trust Limited is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Risk Analyst to support the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise risk management processes across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of ERM & Control to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role is ideal for professionals with strong risk management experience within the financial services, insurance, or HMO sector.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s Risk Management Framework and related policies.
- Conduct risk assessments across business units to identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging risks.
- Monitor risk mitigation action plans and escalate delays or unresolved risk issues where necessary.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the Risk Appetite Framework, including risk tolerance levels and escalation thresholds.
- Prepare and consolidate quarterly risk reports and risk appetite monitoring reports.
- Support the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning dashboards.
- Coordinate annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities and prepare consolidated reports.
- Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives, including testing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and crisis communication procedures.
- Monitor incident reporting processes, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and track risk mitigation strategies.
- Support stress testing and scenario analysis exercises to assess organizational resilience.
- Deliver risk awareness training and provide guidance on risk management tools and processes.
- Monitor compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal control requirements.
- Assist in benchmarking risk management practices against industry standards and best practices.
- Support other enterprise risk management and control-related activities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in risk management within a global or high-growth organization.
- Knowledge of the financial services, insurance, or HMO sector will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of insurance or HMO products, including product development, features, and dependencies.
- Professional certifications in Risk Management, Financial Modelling, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid NYSC Discharge Certificate.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify risks proactively and recommend practical solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, resilience, and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
