SME Marketer
Job Description
A results-driven SME Marketer is needed to support business growth by acquiring and managing Small and Medium Enterprise clients. The role focuses on expanding loan portfolios, increasing deposits, and building long-term client relationships within a target-driven environment.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: N300,000 Gross Monthly + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and onboard new SME clients within assigned markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing SME customers
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments and evaluate business performance
- Monitor and manage SME loan portfolios to ensure quality and performance
- Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements during onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets consistently
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in SME banking, business development, or financial sales
- Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good understanding of SME operations and basic credit analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
