FMC Services is hiring a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow its digital presence across multiple social platforms. The role is ideal for professionals who understand content strategy, audience engagement, paid advertising, and performance analytics, with the ability to turn social media activity into measurable business growth.
Location: Magodo, Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly social media strategies aligned with brand goals and audience engagement objectives
- Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
- Supervise and collaborate with graphic designers to ensure high-quality and brand-consistent visuals
- Schedule and manage daily social media posts across all platforms
- Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and mentions to strengthen community interaction
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to maintain relevance and visibility
- Create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Track campaign performance metrics including engagement, CTR, ROAS, follower growth, and conversions
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and performance recommendations
- Work closely with management to refine strategies based on analytics and campaign results
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or agency
- Proven experience running paid advertising campaigns with measurable results
- Strong understanding of content strategy, copywriting, and social media trends
- Experience collaborating with graphic designers and creative teams
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout, or Semrush
- A portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content, and performance results
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
- Video editing skills for short-form content such as Reels and TikToks are beneficial
- Experience in travel, B2B, or B2C industries is a plus
