Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve income and sales targets
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling fixed income products
• Recommend investment vehicles to optimize the Bank’s asset and liability portfolio
• Mobilize significant funds across the liquidity matrix and support funding activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients
• Monitor financial markets, economic indicators, and interest rate movements
• Provide timely market insights and advisory support to clients and stakeholders
• Execute fixed income transactions efficiently and ensure proper deal execution
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of transaction documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
• Generate regular treasury reports and provide updates on market developments and client activities

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of First Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA, or relevant capital market certifications preferred
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in treasury sales, investment banking, asset management, or financial markets
• Strong understanding of capital markets, treasury sales, and operations
• Proven track record of fund mobilization and managing institutional clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal structuring skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
