Ibadan Digital Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our students and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience with e-learning platforms, ensuring smooth operations and excellent support delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist users with navigating e-learning platforms and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and address service gaps.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements for better service delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CRM/helpdesk software.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms is essential.
- Proven track record in customer service or support roles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
