Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the designated time limits.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support and overall satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proactively address potential issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is an added advantage.
