A skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in leveraging data to enhance our human resources strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement HR metrics and dashboards for reporting key HR performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to improve employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
  • CIPM Certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and analytics software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the logistics and supply chain industry.
