Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow online and offline community platforms (Discord, Telegram, Slack, social media).
- Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence.
- Plan and execute community events, meetups, and engagement activities.
- Create engaging content, facilitate discussions, and drive community participation.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to optimize strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, partnerships, or brand engagement.
- Experience managing online communities and social media platforms.
- Background in fintech, crypto, or startup ecosystems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with community management tools like Discord, Telegram, and Slack.
