A fast-growing startup based in Onikan, Lagos is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Operations & Marketing Associate. This role combines marketing support, customer engagement, and operational coordination to help drive overall business efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of daily tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Support marketing activities such as content creation, social media management, and campaign tracking.
- Engage with clients and prospects via email, phone, and social channels to provide excellent service and support.
- Contribute to sales efforts by conducting market research and helping convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms.
