Job Description

A reputable organization is looking for a results-driven Data Scientist to support its data-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from diverse sources.
  • Design and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Communicate findings through data visualizations, dashboards, and detailed reports.

  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of data models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience as a data scientist or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Added Advantages:

  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or retail is a plus.
