Cormart Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Hospitality) to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company’s HoReCa segment through effective sales and business development strategies.

Job Responsibilities
• Drive sales and business growth for hospitality and hygiene products within the HoReCa segment.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new customers and business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals across designated regions.
• Follow up with customers on purchase orders and ensure timely order completion.
• Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt delivery.
• Coordinate regional marketing and sales activities to maximize business performance.
• Maintain strong customer engagement to understand business needs and strengthen relationships.
• Manage product sampling requests and provide technical support where necessary.
• Ensure timely collection of payments according to agreed payment terms.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
• Offer product knowledge and technical guidance to customers for optimal product usage.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably within the hospitality, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the HoReCa market and hospitality industry dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable business insights.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
