Salary: ₦3,100,000 – ₦6,200,000 annually
Westfield Consulting Limited is recruiting for the role of Business Development Officer / Manager on behalf of a reputable mortgage bank located in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deposit mobilization, creating risk assets, and maintaining strong client relationships that generate revenue and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve deposit liability and risk asset targets while supporting profit goals (PBT/PAT)
- Actively promote and sell the bank’s products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Develop strategic marketing and sales plans aligned with prevailing market conditions
- Manage customer accounts, ensure prompt transaction processing, and maintain thorough records
- Conduct proper loan appraisals, manage loan portfolios, and ensure timely recoveries and repayments
Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree from a recognized institution
- A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of mortgage banking, customer segmentation, money markets, and retail banking
