Job Description
African Industries Group (AIG), a leading industrial conglomerate, is hiring an experienced and driven Business Analyst with a strong background in IT and ERP systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively bridge business goals and technical execution, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams for successful ERP process design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into clearly defined user stories and product requirements.
- Collaborate with top management and process owners to streamline business operations using ERP solutions.
- Maintain and prioritize a project tracker to manage implementation schedules and user feature requests.
- Liaise with IT and development teams to communicate business vision, ensure alignment, and oversee execution of the ERP roadmap.
- Develop detailed specifications and documentation to support seamless ERP feature development and rollout.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience working with ERP system technology and deep understanding of ERP business processes.
- Strong ability to communicate development progress, publish roadmaps, and translate technical details for business stakeholders.
- Preferred: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in ERP process development, business analysis, or as a product owner in an Agile environment.
