Job Description
A reputable ICT firm, PC Place Nigeria, is hiring a Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, negotiation, andprocurement of ICT products and services. This role is vital to ensuring the timely delivery of goods and maintaining efficient supply chain operations that meet both internal and external demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Source reliable vendors and suppliers for ICT hardware, including laptops and accessories
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and credit agreements to secure best-value purchases
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with the inventory control team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 2–6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ICT equipment and consumer electronics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic procurement tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
