Job Description
A growing company in Lagos is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and coordinate daily operations across IT, Supply Chain, Production, and Facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of improving efficiency, aligning processes with business goals, and managing large teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across multiple departments including IT, Supply Chain, Production, and Facilities
- Implement and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and performance
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business continuity
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational execution with company objectives
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
Salary and Benefits:
- Net monthly salary: ₦850,000

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years in operations, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong leadership, analytical, and process optimization skills
- HND/BSc required; MBA and relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
