Job Description
CIG Motors Company Limited is seeking an experienced General Manager, Sales to lead its commercial operations and drive the organization’s revenue performance. The role focuses on sales leadership, strategy development, business growth, and effective team management across retail and fleet channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales operations and ensure timely closure of retail and fleet deals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to the ED/Chairman.
- Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal departments to capture commercial opportunities.
- Set team sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Identify target accounts and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years experience within a multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in a relevant field or MBA.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and lead teams in high-pressure environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in client database management, business development, market analysis, executive reporting, and sales channel development.
