Job Description

Infinion Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its Project Management Office (PMO) and drive the successful delivery of strategic internal and client-facing initiatives. This role is suited for a results-driven professional with strong execution, stakeholder management, and project governance capabilities across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver multiple internal and client-facing projects, including strategy, transformation, and implementation initiatives.
  • Apply structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) across the full PMO lifecycle: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, and Close.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational OKRs and value priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, scheduling, milestone tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Oversee project governance through steering committee updates, executive briefings, and risk and escalation management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and client representatives.
  • Develop and present client-ready deliverables such as dashboards, reports, and executive presentations with clear insights.
  • Maintain visibility into project health using status reports, Power BI dashboards, and risk and issue logs.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks while supporting change management and stakeholder adoption.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in planning and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level interaction.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multiple priorities, and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of technology, creative processes, and relevant industry trends.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
