Job Description

A reputable organisation is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to strengthen client relationships, drive service excellence, and support business growth through effective engagement and communication. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, field engagement experience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Conduct field visits and support client engagement activities
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client interactions
  • Track client feedback, interactions, and service delivery progress
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when required
  • Support business development through repeat business and referrals

Requirements / How to Qualify

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in customer relations, client services, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to engage clients both in the field and remotely
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Willingness to travel locally as part of the role
  • Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
