Job Description

Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking an experienced Lead, Quality Assurance to drive the QA function across multiple engineering teams. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background who are passionate about quality, mentorship, and building scalable QA processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee QA operations across engineering teams, establishing quality standards, strategies, and scalable frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide QA Analysts and Engineers, supporting career development and professional growth.
  • Design, implement, and maintain test strategies, including manual, automated, regression, performance, and exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables, reviewing requirements, technical documentation, and code when needed.
  • Develop and monitor metrics and dashboards to track QA performance, test effectiveness, and product health.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and team collaboration, fostering a strong quality culture.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with 4–5 years leading QA or engineering teams.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, focusing on automation and tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with API, microservices, mobile native, and web application testing.
  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments, cloud infrastructure (GCP, Docker), SQL/NoSQL databases, and pub-sub systems.
  • Experience in non-functional testing, including performance, security, and monitoring/alerting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness) and AI/ML-based test generation or test impact analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical architecture of large-scale, secure platforms.
  • Proven ability to mentor, recruit, and grow high-performing teams with a focus on continuous learning.
