Job Description
J3 Foods and Store International is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily activities across multiple outlets in Lagos. The role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory management, strong team performance, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Operations Supervisor will act as a key link between outlet teams and senior leadership, particularly in the absence of Branch Managers.

Salary: N250,000 / month
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and manage staff across assigned outlets, including warehouse, sales, cashier, and delivery teams
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary support when required
- Support and collaborate with the marketing team to meet targets for direct buyers, bulk buyers, and walk-in customers
- Develop and track weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans for each outlet
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Ensure accurate daily reconciliation of sales and payments across all supervised outlets
- Review and validate stock movements, ensuring proper inventory documentation
- Oversee delivery and return processes to reduce product damage, losses, and discrepancies
- Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Serve as a liaison between outlet teams and head office, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications and proven experience in operations or retail supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of inventory control and sales tracking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
