Job Description
A Senior Solar Sales Officer is needed to drive sales growth for solar energy solutions across residential and commercial markets. The role is suited for a highly driven sales professional with strong experience in renewable energy, technical product sales, or related fields. The position involves managing the entire sales cycle, building client relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for solar installations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations and client consultations
- Prepare and present tailored proposals based on client energy needs
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Track sales performance and maintain an active and organized pipeline
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the solar energy sector
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or technical solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
- Strong understanding of solar energy products and solutions
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setup
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Structured approach to sales planning and pipeline management

Salary
N300,000 monthly + commission on sales
