Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to develop and execute long-term financial strategies
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Deliver detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting for key business initiatives
- Evaluate investments, capital expenditures, and resource allocation to maximize profitability
- Drive implementation of financial best practices and continuous process improvements
- Design and monitor performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve business outcomes
- Act as a liaison between finance and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration
- Identify financial risks and work with risk and compliance teams to mitigate exposure
Job Requirements
- First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Science, or Engineering
- Master’s Degree or professional certification (ACA, CFA, or equivalent) is required
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in finance, MIS, budgeting, or forecasting roles
- Strong experience in Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and financial analytics tools
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
