TransitEdge Solutions Limited is hiring a Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term retention. This role focuses on delivering value to clients, improving engagement, and supporting business growth through effective customer success strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to improve user experience and engagement
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and support to deliver seamless service
- Track customer success metrics and prepare reports on performance and insights
- Proactively address customer concerns and reduce churn rates
- Stay informed about industry trends to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into action
- Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage
