Job Description

A Finance Manager is needed to drive financial performance, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making across a multi-sector business portfolio. This role focuses on turning financial data into actionable insights, improving reporting standards, and supporting business growth within a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business goals
• Provide accurate financial analysis and insights to guide executive decisions
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance processes
• Monitor performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities
• Partner with business leaders to improve cost efficiency and revenue growth
• Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with global standards
• Support investment decisions, capital allocation, and business case development
• Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital across operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA is strongly preferred
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance, corporate finance, or financial management
• Experience in multi-entity or complex business environments
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills
• Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks
• High proficiency in financial tools such as ERP systems, Excel, or analytics platforms
• Ability to influence decisions using data-driven insights
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in fast-paced environments
