Job Description

Suacasa Nigeria Limited is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Architectural Supervisor to oversee interior finishing and architectural execution across residential and commercial development projects.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily interior finishing and architectural works including flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, cabinetry, lighting installations, furniture fittings, and décor execution.
  • Ensure all interior works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to monitor workmanship quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to resolve technical or design-related issues.
  • Monitor material usage, storage, and handling to reduce wastage and maintain efficiency on site.
  • Prepare and submit site progress reports and updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and building regulations during project execution.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in interior architectural supervision or interior finishing projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior finishing processes, materials, construction detailing, and quality control standards.
  • Experience working on residential and commercial real estate projects is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related design software is an added advantage.
  • Strong site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately.
  • Good organisational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction-related software tools.
